Welcome to Lady in White Housekeeping Services Inc. By scheduling a one-time or recurring service with us, you agree to these terms and conditions and authorize the use of your credit card for payment of services rendered.

Service Promise

At Lady in White Housekeeping Services Inc., we pride ourselves on being a fully licensed, bonded, and insured professional cleaning service, committed to delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any part of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We will resend our team to re-clean the specified area at no extra cost, provided they can return within 48 business hours of the original service. We do not offer cash refunds or discounts in lieu of a re-cleaning service.

Service Preparation

To ensure efficient service, please make your home accessible for cleaning, either by providing a door code or lockbox code. In the event of access issues, a lockout fee may be applied. Please turn off any alarm systems or provide instructions for their use. We cannot be responsible for charges related to false alarms or misuse of the alarm system. Full access to your home is necessary for a comprehensive cleaning. For specific cleaning sequences, please inform us beforehand. Additional time spent may be billed at our standard rate.

Cleaning Limitations

Your home should be organized and prepared for cleaning. Extra charges may apply if additional time is needed due to the state of readiness. Our services do not extend to cleaning infestations, bodily fluids, or severe grease/fire damage. In unsafe conditions, our staff reserves the right to leave, and you will be charged the full cost of the cleaning.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a charge for the full anticipated cost of the scheduled cleaning if not rescheduled within a week. Emergencies or illnesses may be exceptions at our discretion. Rescheduling that leads to more than 3 weeks between cleanings will incur charges at our hourly rate.

Payment Policy

Payment is accepted via credit card only. Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service charge.

Amendments to the Terms

These Terms of Use are effective as of the specified date. We may update these Terms in this Policy according to legal requirements. Changes are effective once posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with these Terms, you should stop using the Site.

Complete Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lady in White Housekeeping Services Inc. regarding this Site, superseding all previous communications and agreements.
